Information you choose to share
A project inquiry can include your name, company, email, phone, project type, description, budget, and timeline. We also record your agreement to project-related contact, the submission time, and an inquiry reference. Share only what is relevant to discussing the project. Do not include passwords, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
How inquiry information is used
We use inquiry details to respond, understand your needs, scope potential work, and maintain project communications. Submitting the form sends your details to our inquiry services; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list. If you contact us by email instead, we use that correspondence for the same project-related purposes.
Service providers
Vercel hosts this website and processes form submissions. Notion stores inquiry details in our private lead CRM. Resend processes inquiry details to send transactional notifications to the studio owner. Cloudflare Turnstile provides the form’s bot check, and Upstash supports expiring quote-abuse counters. Public website copy and portfolio images are managed separately in Sanity; private inquiry details are not stored as public website content there.
Optional files
Optional file uploads are disabled at launch. The website does not accept or store project attachments through the inquiry form. You can submit your project details without a file and discuss any materials needed directly with the studio.
Cookies and website measurement
Google Analytics 4 is enabled only on the HTTPS production website at grittygfx.com and www.grittygfx.com, and its tag loads only after you give analytics consent. It helps us understand page visits, selected website interactions, and successfully received inquiries. It does not run on preview deployments. Meta Pixel is not enabled at launch; no Meta Pixel ID is configured. Accept, reject, or select categories in the privacy controls. Your versioned choice is stored in this browser so it can be remembered; rejecting optional tools does not block inquiries. Global Privacy Control disables advertising measurement. We do not send inquiry contents, contact details, filenames, or files to analytics or advertising tools. Page tracking omits URL query strings and fragments. Withdrawal stops future events and reloads the page to remove previously loaded optional scripts.
Security verification, abuse prevention, and hosting may process necessary technical request information independently of optional measurement consent. Cloudflare Turnstile checks inquiry submissions to help distinguish people from automated abuse, not for advertising. For Upstash quote counters, IP and email identifiers are transformed into keyed hashes (HMAC) before use. These counters expire automatically and do not store raw IP addresses, raw email addresses, or inquiry contents.
Hosting and security
Vercel and our security providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. We apply access controls and practical security measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending confidential information unnecessarily.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry details and related correspondence are kept as reasonably needed for communication, project administration, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you shared, subject to applicable obligations. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period or automatic deletion of inquiry records.
